Strong Construction have undertaken refit of many Ground
Espresso Bars including Victoria Square Belfast,
Londonderry, Coleraine, Newry, the Milk Parlour Glenarm
Castle, Manchester, London, Bedford and Worcester and
have recently started another Ground Coffee in Portrush .
Strong Construction have recently completed 2 more Little
Wing Pizzerias in Lisburn Square and Whiteabbey. Other
ones include Newtownards, Lisburn Road,
Ballyhackamore, Enniskillen, Bangor, Ann Street Belfast
and Holywood.

HOTEL
Strong Construction have recently undertaken a complete
refit of Blush Lounge Beauty Salon in Lisburn.

The National Café Bar (High St Belfast)
Strong Construction have undertaken Phase 1 and 2 of
new multi-million pound hotel “Bullitt” Phase 2
included 31 new bedrooms and 5000sq ft roof top bar
and beer garden. Recently they completed refit of
Rattlebag (originally Baltic)
Residential House built by Strong Construction wins prestigious
award from the Royal Institute of British Architects in recognition of
its architectural excellence.

This red brick family house is articulated as a cluster of three mono-pitched
red brick and clay tile volumes.It looks out over the manicured landscape
of Belvoir Park Golf Course back to the city and the hills beyond.
This is a family home where the
communication between the clients and
the architects has been exemplary,
creating everything from room for muddy
boots on entry to spaces articulated for all
the family, both collectively and
individually. Longlisted for RIBA / Grand
Designs House of the Year Awards 2015
Strong Construction have undertaken a £750,000
refurbishment project at Belfast's five-star Merchant
Hotel. The project involved a revamp of The Merchant's
Great Room Restaurant and Cocktail Bar.
